Security Patching - Critical security vulnerabilities (CVEs - Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures) applied within 48 business hours; non-critical patches applied in a consolidated monthly batch
Dependency Updates - Monthly upkeep of the core software that powers your sites (Payload CMS, Next.js, Astro, Tailwind, Cloudflare runtime) along with their supporting libraries
Server Monitoring - Weekly review of Cloudflare server activity logs, database (D1) quotas, file storage (R2) usage, and error rates; anomalies triaged immediately.
Backup Verification - Monthly checks of database (D1) and file storage (R2) backup integrity; one restore drill per quarter.
Bug Fixes - Fix any issues in existing features.
On-call Support - Help the WASHi personnel with content management system questions, unlocking new editorial workflows, and fixing any issues they find.
Development - Help develop and build new content fields on current systems, new content blocks, page additions, design tweaks, and configuration updates.
